Wedding Planning Where Tradition & Modern Love Are Woven Together

My experience with Belmont Events was absolutely amazing. My planner, Victoria, was incredibly detail-oriented, efficient, and creative. She always gave me her honest opinion about what would and wouldn’t work, which saved me from so many headaches, not to mention time and money… My wedding was multicultural, and she did a beautiful job incorporating traditions from both sides seamlessly…. When we had a last minute venue change, she handled it with so much calm and professionalism. She helped me secure a new venue right away and coordinated with all of our vendors, making what could have been a very stressful situation feel completely manageable. I’m so grateful for her service and support throughout the entire process. I truly couldn’t have done it without her!

Leading up to the big day, [Victoria’s] clear communication, organizational skills, and quick problem-solving helped us relax knowing that we could trust her with anything that came up. On the wedding day, she kept us updated on where we were on the wedding timeline and why. She and Leigh were on top of it, which allowed us to be guests at our own wedding. We also added on having Victoria create our signage, and it was STUNNING. If you’re on the fence about getting a day-of-coordinator, do it. Hire Victoria’s team!! You won’t regret it. It was the best decision I made in this process and I only wish I had found her sooner!

10/10 would recommend! Our wedding planning has been so smooth with the help from Victoria! She has been organized and detailed from the get to, and we knew exactly what to do by when. In moments where we are indecisive, she provides suggestions that assures our priorities are met. There is always clear, consistent communication among the parties involved. We truly would have been lost if it weren’t for her efforts. Definitely will recommend to my friends!!

Victoria was better than we could have imagined! She was very communicative and on top of all the moving parts involved in planning a wedding. Not only was she extremely nice, but she & Brianna made sure our day went off without a hitch. I heard most brides/grooms never get to eat at their wedding - Victoria & Brianna made sure we ate and had drinks at all times. They were very attentive and we got a lot of compliments from the guests as to how well the wedding went. Victoria knew my dream, my vision… I didn't have to explain it or describe what I was looking for she SAW it. She took off every extra weight off my shoulders and made the days leading to our wedding feel easy. She kept in contact and began communicating immediately with my vendors and both bridal parties. She took all the little things off of my lists and let me know as they were completed and allowed me to bask in the days before my wedding. Any incident that popped up she handled and made me feel like I was the most important client on her list. She made every transition happen during my wedding. Wind was a problem, she handled it and fixed the issue. Heat was a problem, she kept water handy and air conditioner breaks happening. I never heard a peep throughout the day because Victoria and Leah were there. I had the most magical, fantasy, Night Court styled wedding because Belmont Events let me actually enjoy my wedding with their Day of Coordinator services.
